I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. It was heated perfectly! the saunas provided an excellent way for me to relax and unwind. the staff were friendly and helpful. our room was a quiet and cozy space. I did not want to leave!
The room felt slightly outdated. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture.

The pool was spacious, and the hydro pool outside was very warm. I had no trouble finding a lounger. The staff provided towels, a dressing gown, and slippers for my convenience. The thermal suite included a sauna, steam room, salt room, various showers, and even ice to cool down. I was impressed.
I noticed some wear and tear on the walls in the corridors and the room. It could use a refresh.

Staff were friendly and ready to assist. I particularly appreciated the receptionist's smile, and their efficiency made check-in quick. The team seemed well-trained, and they remembered guests' preferences. the high service level.

i found the hotel beautiful and rather modern inside. the gym and spa were nice additions i used. its closeness to the train was convenient for traveling. all the food tasted good, and staff were personable and efficient.
I noticed the steam and sauna were closed. This was a slight disappointment.
