I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the spa treatments were absolutely amazing and the staff there were incredibly friendly, other aspects of my stay fell short. For instance, the dining service was quite poor, and there were several minor disruptions that affected the overall enjoyment of my visit. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing spa experience, this place has potential, but some areas need improvement.
